Get a new Hobby!
Starting a new hobby can be an incredibly therapeutic way to take your mind off of food/eating. When i was younger and was dieting, cross stitch was what did it for me. Now Ive taken on knitting! I know its still summer but I'm starting to learn now, in order to be able to make some pretty things in time for autumn/winter! Hopefully by then I'll be able to knit some chunky cardigans (in a smaller size if the diet goes well!)
So this weeks 'Weekly Challenge' is for you to get a new hobby! It doesn't matter what it is, it doesn't have to be knitting like me, (although its quite good fun and i do recommend it as its cheap and something you can do when relaxing watching TV of a night time). The most important thing is that no matter what it is, you have fun doing it!
Or if you already have a hobby that you used to do but don't so much anymore try and get back into it! You might be surprised just how much you missed it.

Oh! I like this one! I actually started this last weekend when I was in Yosemite - HIKING! Some girlfriends and I decided that instead of going to happy hour, brunch/lunch/dinner all the time we are going to start hiking instead. This is my new hobby and I'm super excited about it! :)
