An Update!

First off i'd really just like to say sorry for not being around guys! Ivnt not even been on MFP and its driving me crazy!


For those of you who didnt know ive been very ill recently and what i thought was just some kind of bug that would vanish in a few days it turns out ive had Bronchitis!

Im feeling much better in myself now though! It all gone except for a loose cough and ive still lost my voice! I did a photoshoot with friends a couple of days ago, i was styling, my friend modeling and the other taking the pictures! She got me in on a few shots too and thought i'd show you my favourite one!


I know we all aim to loose weight and many of us are doing that to improve our appearance, but i cant stress enough how important it is to love yourself for who you are and the way you look no matter what! I love my curves and am proud of them!

Mini challenge: Do something for yourself that makes you feel good!

Weekly Challenge No1.

Firstly I'd like to say sorry for not setting a challenge yesterday guys! I had loads to do around the house and by the end of it needed some serious me-time. Anyways its time for today's challenge! Drum roll please.....

Get a new Hobby!

Starting a new hobby can be an incredibly therapeutic way to take your mind off of food/eating. When i was younger and was dieting, cross stitch was what did it for me. Now Ive taken on knitting! I know its still summer but I'm starting to learn now, in order to be able to make some pretty things in time for autumn/winter! Hopefully by then I'll be able to knit some chunky cardigans (in a smaller size if the diet goes well!)


So this weeks 'Weekly Challenge' is for you to get a new hobby! It doesn't matter what it is, it doesn't have to be knitting like me, (although its quite good fun and i do recommend it as its cheap and something you can do when relaxing watching TV of a night time). The most important thing is that no matter what it is, you have fun doing it!

Or if you already have a hobby that you used to do but don't so much anymore try and get back into it! You might be surprised just how much you missed it.

Exercise Challenge No.1! KICK START!

OK guys, here it is! The first of many!

I want to start out with an exercise challenge for 3 reasons

1) It's time to kick butt and burn those calories
2) I don't know if its the same for you, but i always feel like i have so much energy after exercising
3) Once i start i just cant stop! Its so addictive!

THE CHALLENGE

A 2 mile walk! - Get out there and enjoy the fresh air! Make sure your walking is fairly vigorous and if you are going up hill, look at your feet...you get to the top in no time trust me! Don't forget to time yourself on how long it takes so you can work out how many calories you have burned!

Routine: Before you start don't forget to put on some music, it'll feel like you've done this in no time!
5 Sit ups
5 Star jumps
5 Ab crunches
5 Squats
5 Push ups
Repeat this four times and then do it again! Feel the burn and say bye bye to those calories!

Next is Pilates! Ive being doing this Lady's videos for about 5 days a week over 3 weeks and its incredible how much easier it gets so if you struggle at first don't worry it will start to get easier! I haven't done this one for a while so thought it would be a good idea to post it as part of today's challenge!



Don't forget to stretch out afterwards to cool yourself down!

The begining!

A big hello to all of my Chubby Buddy's out there!

I am so excited to start this blog and have so many ideas for challenges! Hope everyone gets a good nights sleep tonight because tomorrow it begins!


Challenges will include everything from exercise challenges and food and drink challenges! I'm also going to be writing about new trends in the dieting world and tips and tricks that i pick up along the way! Maybe even posts on fashion for curvy girls.
